Quad Bike Buggy Rental

BIKES RENTAL AGREEMENT
1) Only partial insurance (third party).
2) No more passengers than permitted.
3) Urgent notification of accident.
4) Pick-up/delivery at the specified time.
5) The client is responsible for parking and traffic violations.
6) It is not allowed to transport vehicles outside the island of Corfu.
7) It is not allowed to drive the rented vehicle by a driver not specified in the contract. 8
) In case of damage to the tires, please notify us immediately to avoid driving the motorcycle with damaged tires, so that we can quickly repair the tire. In case the client still continues to drive with flat tires, he will be financially responsible for its repair.
9) Any violation of the above rules will lead to the confiscation of the vehicle from the renter without a refund. By renting a vehicle, you automatically agree to the terms of this rental agreement, which you have read, and are responsible for any damage caused by you to the vehicle. In the event of an accident, you must pay the cost of the damage (no more than the deductible), if you have paid for the insurance, otherwise you must pay the full cost of the damage. 10) Age restrictions:
Motorcycle License (AM category license) from 18 years old - up to 50cc
Motorbike License (A1 category license) from 18 years old - up to 125cc
Motorbike License (A2 category license) from 20 years old - up to 400cc
Motorbike License (A category license) from 24 years old - unlimited cc
11) When renting a quad bike and buggy, you must have a driving license from 24 years of age and have had it for at least one year.
12) Helmets are provided free of charge.
13) Top-cases are included in the price.
14) Off-road driving is prohibited.
15) All fines and administrative penalties are paid by the renter.
16) Road map is provided free of charge.
17) Insurance conditions include:
- Full civil liability insurance coverage up to 440,000 euros.
- Full insurance coverage and property damage up to 88,000 euros.
- Full coverage for property damage to your motorcycle up to the value of its value
. - Full coverage for theft or arson of your motorcycle up to the value of its value.
- For damage to the rental vehicle, the client is liable for groups A - C up to 250.00 € and for other groups up to 400.00 € (deductible amount).
